12 year structural guarantee

Abbey Pynford is a founding member of the Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors or ASUC. Our Board members are an integral part of the ASUC organisation with our Chairman Paul Kiss serving time as the ASUC Chairman and our Technical Director Phil Jones, who is curently Vice Chairman of ASUC, has represented the Executive committee on all technical matters.

We recently represented ASUC at the Basement Design and Construction Seminar 2009 as the specialist in the aspects of Basement Design.

All our structural works, including design, workmanship and materials are covered by a 12 year insurance backed guarantee.
 

30 year waterproofing guarantee

Our waterproof/drainage installers are trained, approved and registered installers of both Basement Systems and Delta Membrane Systems. All installations are covered by a 10 year guarantee along with a 30 year manufacturers’ warranty, where applicable, (subject to specified servicing where necessary).

Combined Guarantees

Should it be required, we can also arrange for a greater level of coverage with a single 12 year insurance backed guarantee covering both the structural and waterproofing work.
