"Lots of sites are like ours - trees, plenty of clay and not very even. Conventional foundations might be made to work, but you are never sure of all the issues until you actually dig. A piled foundation might be the answer but sounds expensive. The Abbey Pynford Housedeck System provided us with all of the advantages that a piling system has, at a similar cost to the conventional approach.

Housedeck gave us many other benefits, including the lack of waste from digging out; an accurate flat foundation; which was ready to take our construction and foundation calculated for the structural requirements verified by a third party.
