Construction Sequence Small Rigs

1. Site surface is blinded with concrete to provide a safe, clean and level working platform.

2. Lightweight manoeuvrable piling rigs install augered or driven piles to individually designed depths.

3. If required, a void is created after pile installation using our patented Deck Support Units (DSU’s) to allow for ground heave or gas ventilation.

4. Advanced in-house flat slab software allows the maximisation of steel efficiency and the minimisation of costs.

5. Our unique stainless steel angle is used as formwork for the slab and provides a clean, flat and level working surface for bricklaying or timber frame installers to start immediately.

6. Concrete is poured and floated to an extremely high tolerance.
