Tight Squeeze at Whitstable

Abbey Pynford - Being a piling contractor, we undertake the design and construction of a new pile foundation incorporating a single storey basement ofr a proposed 3 storey dwelling on the seafront at Whitstable.  The site was tight with neighbouring properties butting up against the boundary on both sides of the plot.

Despite having limited access and tight working conditions the teams at Abbey Pynford were able to meet the clients requirements of maximising the footprint of the building by using the Housedeck System.
