Experienced and Flexible In-House Design Service

On the subject of design we are very capable and also very flexible. Our involvement can be limited to taking the load takedown from others to calculate the pre-loading levels and leaving others to design and install the beams.

The next natural step is for us to undertake the load takedown. This would normally happen, if a previous load takedown had not been undertaken.

Moving on we can also take the Reinforced Concrete (RC) beam design by others and undertake the steel detailing and scheduling. We suggest this as we have a long experience of how to build the beams at hi level and the steel detailing is a crucial factor in the success of the project

We can also undertake the full design of the Reinforcement Concrete or steel beams to your performance specification. As this is our speciality we have the latest 3D FE design software to model the performance of the system. Even in the situations where sophisticated modelling techniques are not required we will develop a design delivering the performance specification with the most competitive approach.

The most commonly required package is that which includes both full design and construction of the beams while steel beams are more often installed by others.
