Composite Underpinning System

Minimises Disruption - Reduces Costs

Composite underpinning is a new system now available from Abbey Pynford.

Designed and developed with cost reduction in mind, the system has been proven to compete with the more intrusive and less safe methods of traditional underpinning at shallow depths. Composite is a combination of concrete encased steel work, reinforced concrete lintels and either auger bored concrete piles or steel cased and driven piles.

All works are designed to the latest British Standards and Eurocodes and an ASUC Insurance backed guarantee will be provided upon completion of the works.

Composite also substantially reduces the impact of issues such as vibration, noise and deep excavations. All this limits the disruption caused to the homeowner, and works can be installed from one side of the wall.

Advantages

  •   Four versions of the system, providing you with flexibility according to your needs;
  •   Based on current EU and British codes of practice;
  •   More rapid to install than any other underpinning system;
  •   More cost-effective, versatile and adaptable than any other underpinning system;
  •   Improved Health and Safety;
  •   Minimal disruption to the homeowner.
