Scope of work:

  • We were approached to produce a full underpinning scheme for these two semi-detached properties. We designed and constructed a voided raft incorporating a reinforced concrete retaining wall.
  • The project included the demolition and removal of the existing floor structure, temporary works, and the demolition of the retaining walls.
  • Due to the location, redistricted access piling was required, utilising our mini piling rigs designed to fit through a standard doorway.
