Role Overview

The post holder will be responsible to provide all round administration support to the Operations dpt and cover all aspects of Document Controller.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate operative records.
  • Take minutes of meetings.
  • Document controller.
  • Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable.
  • Arrange training and maintain records.
  • Collate and issue Operations & Manual (O&M) Packs.
  • Maintain site registers of design reviews.
  • Manage, register and distribute all documentation received.
  • Maintain stationery stocks and order all necessary office supplies.
  • Maintain and update training records for site operatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications
  • Certificates or training in Office Management is desirable.
Experience
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience of dealing with an onsite sub-contract work force is desirable.
  • Site Health and Safety Knowledge is desirable.
Knowledge
  • Ability to identify and simplify processes where necessary.
Skills
  • Highly Organised and structured individual.
  • Confident to work independently.
  • Willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent Communicator and Team Player with the ability to integrate with colleagues of all levels.
  • Drive to seek continual improvement in the business.
  • Clear communication and customer services skills.
